Please join us on the Black Bike Week women's ride supporting Ayesha McGowan, aka A Quick Brown Fox, in her quest to become the first African-American woman pro cyclist during Black Bike Week.

This moderate-paced, intermediate skill level ride will start from the Midtown Bike Center on the Midtown Greenway at 10th Ave So. The 21-mile ride will loop through the beautiful urban areas of South Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota campus, Como Park, and stopping for a group photo among the memorials on the Capitol Mall before returning to Midtown Bike Center. Riders should be comfortable group riding on a mix of bikeways and city streets with bike lanes.

A casual social will follow the ride at the Sheraton Hotel patio overlooking the Greenway. Please bring cash for food and beverages at around 8:15 p.m..
