2 WED ROLLERDOME RAMPAGE. (Non-TCBC: Indoor Rollerblading Social Event). Meet at 6:00 PM at the HHH Metrodome. Both Upper and Lower Concourses open for blading. Admission $6, equipment rental $5. Beginners welcome, free in-line skating instruction provided by RollerDome. Free coat and bag check, and free use of protective gear (although you might want to bring your own biking helmet instead of using theirs). 2 WED WINTER STARS ARE SHINING. N 15-30 mi. Depart at 6:30 PM from The Temple of Aaron (East Mississippi River Blvd & Hartford Ave in St. Paul). The length of the ride may vary from week to week depending on the weather. Plan to meet for dinner @ Cafe Latte (Victoria & Grand in St. Paul) after the ride to enjoy the company & food. 5 SAT SOUTH FOR THE WINTER. B 15-35 mi. Depart at 11 AM from the Byerly's in Eagan, located on the NE corner of Yankee Doodle Road and I-35E. Meet in the SW corner of the parking lot. Depart at 11 AM from Roseville Professional Center (2233 Hamline Ave N - just south of Hwy 36 on the west side of Hamline Ave in Roseville across from the Roseville Library). Park at the west end of the lot. Water & restrooms available in Dunn Bros before & after the ride. Weather dictates distance, tire tread, & clothing layers. 10 THU JUST A CYCLIST SOCIAL GET TOGETHER. We’ll all be meeting at 08:30 in the morgen at the wunderbar " Panera’s Bort und Kaffee Geschaft " or as most of you know it as " Panera’s Bread and Coffee Shop " on 2515 White Bear Lake Ave, in Maplewood, just 2 blocks north of Hiway 36. Our topic can range anywhere from cycling to planning more cycling trips, or just what is new in Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, or anything you wish to talk about. Der Kaffee, bagels und fancy desserts are to die for. They also serve Soupa und sandwiches. What are you waiting for? Come und join us for some great TCBC camaraderie und fellowship. Any questions? 12 SAT ALMOST ST. PADDY'S DAY PEDAL. B 20-30 mi. Depart at 11 PM from the Green Mill Restaurant, north of I-694 and east of Lexington Ave in Shoreview. Irish eyes will be a-smilin' as we celebrate in anticipation of St. Patrick's Day on our trusty two-wheelers. Dressing in green is encouraged. Take your favorite leprechaun for a ride and the miles will fly by! Snack option afterwards at the Green Mill for those who have worked up an appetite. Katie O'Kovar (AKA Kate Kovar).
12 SAT COON RAPIDS CRUISE. C 14 mi. Depart at 3:00 PM from Bunker Hills Activity Center, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd, NW; Andover. This is a social ride on the scenic trails of Bunker Hills Regional Park through the suburban streets of Coon Rapids to the Coon Rapids Dam and back. John Swoyer .

19 SAT POTLUCK DINNER & MOVIE: "2 SECONDS". Dinner at 6 PM, movie at 7 PM. Location is 405 Vadnais Lake Drive, Vadnais Heights. Near Erik's in Shoreview. (Mapquest for directions or call Marina). The movie is about a mountain bike racer who is forced into retirement and becomes a bike messenger. This film won 4 awards at the Montreal World Film Festival. In French w/English subtitles. 20 SUN ROLLING ON THE WESTSIDE. For Habitat for Humanity. A/B, 30 - 44 mi. Route & mileage varies depending on the weather. Ice will cancel the ride. Depart at 1:00 PM from West Wind Plaza by Caribou Coffee on Rt. 101. Three and half miles west of 494 on Highway 7 make a right on Rt. 101, park at far end of lot towards Cub Foods. An excellent ride in the western suburbs. Eric Feld, Habitat 500 is July 11 – 16.

26 SAT YOU PICKED A FINE TIME TO LEAVE ME LOOSE WHEEL. A/B 62 mi. (with short-cut options). Depart at 10:00 AM from Mahtomedi High School, on County 12 just east of County 36 (Hilton Trail) and a mile east of Hwy. 244. (no restrooms avail at school.) Unless you spent the winter riding in warmer climes, this may be your wake-up call to get your bike in tune BEFORE spring cycling season. Then join us for a spin on Washington County roads to chase the winter chills away. This ride is all about prior preparation—dress for the weather, pack an energy bar, and check your calendar—Ironman is only 4 weeks away! Fresh from the trainer-in-the-basement and spinning-class at the health club, your leaders: Ron & LeAnn Plinske.
26 SAT PAPER MAN. B 30 mi. Depart at 12 noon from Ramsey Beach. First in a series of training rides for the IRONMAN. Please note that there are no rest stop options after about 7 miles into the ride. Take highway 61 north through White Bear Lake, turn right on Hwy 96 east, 1/4 mile to Ramsey Beach parking lot on the right. Liz Sands .
