Bike in the Heart of Texas Hill Country
Join me in Marble Falls, Texas for a week of biking in the beautiful
Texas Hill Country. Our meeting place each morning will be at my
mom's house in Marble Falls, which is approximately 50 miles west

Cruising California's Coast
ANOTHER FUN TCBC OVERNIGHT TRIP! "Cruising California's Coast" is planned for February 19-25, 2003. Come bicycle with us along
the Pacific Ocean for a winter week of warmth in sunny Southern
California! Trip includes five days of cycling that is roundtrip
from Santa Monica to San Diego. Enjoy all paved surfaces, 55-70
miles per day, and lodging in motels/hotels. Van support for gear
and supplies is included in the trip price. Trip limited to 30 participants.
Early bird registrations are the best value. TCBC co-leaders are:
Dave Erick, Kristine Poelzer, and Tom Sullivan. More information

Cycle and Hike in Arizona's Chiricahua National Monument
"Located at the northern end of the Chiricahua (pronounced
chee-ree-KAW-wah) Mountain Range in the SE corner of Arizona lies
a fantastic display of sculpted stone pinnacles, pedestals, and
balanced rocks celebrated and protected inside Chiricahua National
Monument. These mountains are as wild and rugged as they are beautiful,
rising over 5,000 feet above surrounding desert valleys." Our
schedule includes five days of mountain biking and two days of hiking.

There are 300 miles of marked and mapped routes for mountain bikers. |

Take a break from city biking and head south to Minnesota's Root River
region for the sixth annual Root River Romp! We will ride the trails
along the Root River, visit interesting communities, and hopefully
see some leaf colors! Come join your TCBC cycling friends and make
new friends as we watch the leaves change color, as we cycle past
Amish horse and buggies, as we enjoy a big finale weekend bike tour
in Minnesota before winter settles upon us!
