2008 Weekend On Wheels - Winona, Minnesota Fri.-Sun., August 1-3, 2008 27th Annual WOW Returns to SE Minnesota! Registration form now available

The Twin Cities Bicycling Club’s 27th Annual Weekend on Wheels 2008 will take place August 1-2-3 in beautiful Winona, Minnesota.

Routes feature the best of Minnesota bluff country. Saturday's short route features one climb, with Sunday's short route offering a completely flat day out. Longer routes feature magnificent bluff views. Sunday's 62-mile route features the famous Apple Blossom Parkway, with unmatched views of the Mississippi River.

WOW Weekend features:

• Air conditioned lodging available at Winona State University: Single and double rooms with shared bathrooms and in-suite kitchens, plus daily breakfast
• Multiple ride distances each day - 35, 50,62, 100 miles Saturday, 25, 35 and 62 miles Sunday
• Mapped rest and water stops
• Club insurance
• Saturday night luau on the shores of Lake Winona featuring food, refreshing beverages, and maybe even a little limbo!
