LINDSTROM KRUZE - New Routes & New Territory - Harris(44) or Rush City(60) or Rock Creek(77):) :) :)

Okay, so it really is "Chisago City Kruze", but that didn't have name recognition or a catchy name. So, Lindstrom Kruze starts in Chisago City, about 8 miles north of Forest Lake on Highway 8. It's a long way out to the ride start for most people, but it is very well worth it. The roads are in beautiful shape, very scenic and fairly low traffic - relatively untouched by cyclists let alone TCBC - beautiful rolling country roads.

The weather forecast looks great! The ride start is at Paradise Park, 11031 Stinson Ave, Chisago City, MN 55013. It is sort of behind the Highway 8 Kwik Trip (south) plus a tiny bit west on Stinson. Bathroom is at the Kwik Trip and also at the park.

INFO FOR HARRIS 44 MILE RIDE: We ride north and west on very nice county roads to North Branch, then north to Harris where we connect with Sunrise Road, a special treat! Then we connect with St. Croix Trail (MN-95) for a short while before heading south on Park Trail, another very nice county road. Finally it's Lindstrom and then a short return westward to the ride start. [ ridewithgps.com/routes/28399910 ]

RUSH CITY 60 MILE: This route is similar to the Harris route, but goes further north to Rush City, which gives us a lead-in to the very beautiful County 57 / Government Road!! [ ridewithgps.com/routes/28399923 ]

RUSH LAKE DOUBLE HEADER 75 MILE: Just a little further east and north from Rush City and go west and north around Rush Lake - more beautiful riding for long riders. [ ridewithgps.com/routes/28399924 ]

If you load more than 1 of these rides into your bike computer, you have to first edit the file and change the internal name from "Lindstrom Kruze" to something unique. (I used "Lindstrom 60", "Lindstrom 75" for example)

If you only load one of the routes, then no need to change it first.

This is because the bike computer uses only the 1st 15 characters of the name and replaces any existing route in the computer with the new one if the names "match" in the 1st 15 characters.
